Addresses at a glance

Where are ANEWU's oral surgery offices in Georgia?

Short answer

ANEWU has three Georgia offices. Buckhead sits at 3833 Roswell Rd. NE in Atlanta, Cumming at 425 Peachtree Parkway, and Dawsonville at 142 Prestige Ln. All three are open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm, share one phone number, (470) 288-9655, and offer a free consultation.

If you have ever wondered which office to pick, it usually comes down to travel time, because the surgical team, the technology and the treatment plans are the same at all three. You can also take a look inside our offices before you book anything.

Choosing an office

Which ANEWU office is closest to me?

Pick by drive time. The Buckhead office serves Atlanta inside the Perimeter, Sandy Springs and Midtown. Cumming serves Forsyth County, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. Dawsonville serves Dawson County, Dahlonega and the North Georgia mountains. All three offices work from the same coordinated treatment plans, so the office you choose does not change your care.

One standard of care

Is the care the same at every ANEWU location?

Yes. Every ANEWU office runs the same protocol: a 3D scan at the first visit, a plan built by Dr. Abtin Shahriari for surgery and Dr. Arshia Payman, MD for facial aesthetics, and full arch work finished in our on site lab instead of being sent out. Your surgeon confirms the details at your consultation.

That on site lab is the part patients notice. When a full arch case stays in the building, the bridge is made and adjusted by the same people who placed the implants, instead of being shipped to an outside lab and back.

Facial aesthetics is led by Dr. Arshia Payman, MD, and her treatment plans are built alongside the surgical plan rather than separately from it.

What we do

Every service, at all three offices.

Oral surgery and full arch implants, facial aesthetics and cosmetic dentistry are offered at Buckhead, Cumming and Dawsonville alike.

Your first visit

What happens at your first visit to an ANEWU office?

Your first visit is a free consultation. You check in with the front desk, complete paperwork, and have a 3D scan taken so the surgeon can see the bone underneath. You then talk through your goals and the options that fit them. Bring a photo ID, your medication list and your insurance card.

Most of that visit is spent listening. The scan tells the surgeon what is physically possible, and the conversation decides what is actually worth doing, which is why nothing is booked on the spot unless you want it to be. Here is what to expect at your first visit in more detail.

Calling ahead means your paperwork is ready before you arrive. You can also fill out the new patient forms in advance and bring them with you.

Replacing missing teeth

How do I replace missing teeth?

Missing teeth are replaced three ways at ANEWU: a single implant for one gap, an implant bridge for several teeth in a row, or a fixed full arch on four or more implants for a whole jaw. A 3D scan at your consultation shows which your bone will support.

If you have ever wondered which of those applies to you, the short answer is that it comes down to how many teeth are gone and how much bone is left underneath them. That is exactly what the scan is for.

If another office told you there is not enough bone, two routes usually remain. Bone grafting rebuilds the ridge so standard implants can be placed later.

The other route is zygomatic implants, which anchor in the cheekbone and can avoid grafting entirely. Dr. Abtin will confirm which applies to your anatomy.

Cost and financing

Cost, insurance and financing, in plain terms.

Treatment cost varies between patients, and it varies for reasons a scan can show you.

What changes the number is how many implants a jaw needs, whether grafting has to come first, and which restoration sits on top. A figure quoted before a scan is a guess, which is why the consultation comes first and comes free at all three offices.

Dental insurance typically does not cover implant treatment. ANEWU accepts CareCredit and Proceed Finance, along with Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and the front desk will walk you through implant financing options before you commit to anything.

Results vary from patient to patient. Not every jaw has the bone volume for a fixed full arch, and same-day teeth are available for qualifying cases, not all of them.
Common questions

Your questions about visiting ANEWU, answered.

No. You can book a free consultation at any ANEWU office yourself by calling (470) 288-9655 or using the online form. Dentists and physicians can also send a referral through the referring doctors page or by calling the office. Either way, the consultation is free.

The first consultation is free at all three ANEWU offices. Treatment cost depends on how many implants your case needs, whether bone grafting comes first, and which restoration is used. Dental insurance typically does not cover implant treatment. ANEWU accepts CareCredit and Proceed Finance, plus Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Ask when you book. All three ANEWU offices share one phone number, (470) 288-9655, and the same coordinated treatment plans, so the team can tell you which visits need to happen at a specific office and which can move to whichever location is easier for you that week.

Yes. Buckhead, Cumming and Dawsonville are all open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm, so a consultation does not have to cost you a weekday. Call (470) 288-9655 or book online and ask for the day and the office that suit you.
