Our mission

Our Mission at ANEWU

Rebuild what was lost, restore confidence, and treat every patient, here and abroad, with the same care.

In one paragraph

What is ANEWU's mission?

ANEWU's mission is to rebuild what patients have lost and restore their confidence, using one coordinated plan rather than separate appointments. Surgery, dental implants and facial aesthetics are planned together at three Georgia locations in Buckhead, Cumming and Dawsonville, and every plan starts with a free consultation and a 3D scan.

If you have ever wondered why imaging happens at one office and surgery at another, most practices are simply built that way. ANEWU is not, which is why full arch dental implants are finished in our own lab rather than referred out.

One plan

Why does ANEWU keep surgery and aesthetics on one plan?

Most practices separate the surgeon from the aesthetics provider, so the two plans never meet. At ANEWU, Dr. Abtin Shahriari and Dr. Arshia Payman, MD work from the same treatment plan, which means a patient rebuilding a smile with implants and a patient refining their appearance are both assessed with the whole face in mind.

Teeth, jaw and face move together, so planning a full arch restoration apart from the soft tissue above it leaves part of the result to chance. Dr. Abtin Shahriari maps both at once.

ANEWU keeps a short list, and sends the rest back to your own dentist.

What ANEWU treats

  • Full arch dental implants and oral surgery
  • Zygomatic and pterygoid implants for limited bone
  • Bone grafting and 3D guided placement
  • Cosmetic dentistry, veneers and bonding

What ANEWU does not offer

  • Routine hygiene and cleanings
  • Endodontics and root canals
  • Crowns as a general practice
  • Treatment decided without you
In the chair

Three commitments behind every treatment plan.

Technology is easy to buy. These are the parts practised at every appointment.

  1. 01

    Listen before recommending anything

Dr. Abtin spends most of a consultation listening. Nothing is recommended until he understands what a patient wants back.

  2. 02

Explain comfort and anesthesia before surgery day

Comfort and anesthesia options are explained ahead of time, not on the morning of the procedure.

  3. 03

Keep the patient inside every decision

No plan moves forward without the patient agreeing. Alternatives, timing and how implant financing works come first, with no pressure to decide.

Your first visit

What happens at a free consultation at ANEWU?

A free consultation at ANEWU starts with listening, then a 3D scan of your jaw taken the same day. Dr. Abtin Shahriari reviews the images with you, explains which options your anatomy actually supports, and answers questions about comfort and cost. Nobody is asked to commit to treatment at that visit.

If you have ever wondered whether a consultation is really a sales appointment, here is what to expect at your first visit.

Beyond the practice

Project Global Smile, and why it shapes the work here.

Dr. Abtin Shahriari is the founder of Project Global Smile, which is part of why ANEWU treats surgery as more than a procedure.

The people who arrive here are usually not asking for a perfect smile. They are asking to stop thinking about their teeth, which is what our patient stories describe.

The mission in practice

Where are ANEWU's Georgia offices?

ANEWU runs three Georgia offices, in Buckhead, Cumming and Dawsonville, and each one is open Monday through Saturday so treatment does not have to wait for a weekday off. The same two doctors, the same 3D planning and the same on site lab work stand behind every plan, whichever office a patient chooses.

More new patient answers

Yes. There is no cost to meet the team, review your imaging and hear your options at a first visit to ANEWU. You are not asked to commit to treatment that day, and you are welcome to bring a spouse, family member or friend with you.

No. ANEWU is an oral surgery, dental implant and facial aesthetics practice, not a general dental office. It does not provide routine hygiene, endodontics, or crowns as a general practice. Patients keep their own general dentist and come to ANEWU for surgical and aesthetic care.

Dr. Abtin Shahriari, an oral surgeon specializing in implant dentistry, performs the surgical treatment at ANEWU, including full arch dental implants. Dr. Arshia Payman, MD leads facial aesthetics. The two work from a single treatment plan rather than treating the same patient in separate, unconnected appointments.
